With more than 180 exhibitors attending the 16th International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG 16) that took place last month in the Oran City of Algeria, Yemen LNG participated with a booth that stood out and attracted hundreds of visitors.

On the opening day of the exhibition, high ranking delegates of major gas exporting countries visited the Yemen LNG stand. These included the Algerian Minister of Energy and Mines, Mr. Chakib Khlil, Qatari Minister of Oil, Mr. Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Atyyah, and Russian Minister of Energy, Mr. Sergei Shmatko, and the Yemeni Minister of Oil and Minerals, Mr. Ameer Salem Al-Aydarous, who headed Yemen’s delegation to the Conference.

Inspired by the uniqueness of Yemeni architecture, the stand was frequented by hundreds of gas professionals, exhibitors and visitors during the four-day exhibition which has given Yemen LNG more exposure and highlight and presented the Company with an opportunity for business and networking.
