Oran, Algeria – With a delegation headed by H.E. the Minister of Oil and Minerals Mr. Amir Al-Aidarous, Yemen LNG has participated in Oran, Algeria, at the 16th International Conference & Exhibition on Liquefied Natural Gas.

Showcasing the Company as a world-class producer and exporter of LNG, Yemen LNG’s Stand has attracted “central attention”, as described by visitors. Inspired by the uniqueness of Yemeni architecture, a collection of gas professionals, exhibitors and visitors have frequented the Yemen LNG Stand during the four-day exhibitors which has given Yemen LNG more exposure and highlight and presented the Company with an opportunity for business and networking.

Yemen’s delegation to the Conference brought together representatives from the Ministry of Oil and Mineral, Yemen Gas Company and the General Authority for Social Security and Pension.

The LNG Conferences

The LNG Exhibition and Conference takes place every three years with producer and consumer countries taking turns to organise the event. It is the largest event in the world dedicated to the liquefied natural gas industry, attracting more than 2,500 delegates and 200 exhibitors. Following the success of previous LNG congresses, Seoul (Korea) 2001, Doha (Qatar) 2004 and Barcelona (Spain) 2007, LNG 16 is an event not to be missed.
